I joined Guided Solutions in 2005 as a Business Management Graduate. I’ve now spent 16 years with the company developing a key group of customers for whom I perform international searches, combining this with my role as a company director.

I gain a real satisfaction from connecting companies and individuals and watching those partnerships inspire mutual success. Guided Solutions operates based on a culture of autonomy and empowerment which gives me the freedom to present my customers with creative solutions to their challenges, unfettered by any structural limitations.

My speciality is delivering team builds across the EMEA. I have a track record of helping companies to establish themselves commercially and fulfil the potential which their innovations deserve.

We are able to support our customers in almost every conceivable discipline, and I am proud of the part I have played in expanding our capability.
