I’ve been with Guided Solutions since 2003. During that time we have grown, we have prospered and we have actively improved the hiring outcomes and business performance for some of the most fascinating Medical Device manufacturers you can imagine.

I came into the Executive Search world looking to make a real mark in an industry of consequence with a company mirroring my values and ambition. I’ve grown up with this company in many ways and during that time I’ve gained the steadfast belief that companies prosper or fail based on the connections forged between their people.

At Guided Solutions each of us, from consultants and researchers through to directors, is engaged with active searches at all times. Because each director maintains an active client base, the management we deliver actually has an operational relevance for the consultants. It isn’t abstract, it’s based on what’s happening in the market right now.

We focus now more than ever on assisting SMEs to find and retain talent capable of transforming their businesses, and it is here where a good portion of my expertise and drive lie.

My role is divided between my duties as a director and overseeing our dedicated Team Build services. Though each Team Build is entirely unique to each company, we have developed a repeatable formula for success at Guided Solutions, and I look forward to discussing with you how this could be applied to your business.
