Manager Customer training

Our client is a US-headquartered designer, developer and manufacturer of market-leading non-invasive surgical technologies. To continue to effectively support end-users in the application of product technologies, we have been tasked with identifying and recruiting a highly skilled Training Manager. This role will report to the Manager Customer Training and will support the creation and implementation of training programs for company customers from the academic fields.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with academic societies and KOLs to foster strong relationships and build training programs to develop the skills necessary to utilise the company’s technologies
- Analyse the specific needs of the assigned customer base and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other relevant departments to effectively address these needs through training strategies and programmes
- Be responsible for curriculum and content design for the academic customers community
- Develop and implement advanced training programs, best practices, follow ups, etc for end-user groups
- Lead and support other training activities as needed
Key skills, experience and requirements:
- Degree-level education or equivalent in Healthcare, Business Administration, Education or similar
- 6+ years of training experience and professional education programme development
- Good knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical devices and clinical settings
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and training skills
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively
