Our client is a global medical devices company with cutting edge technology looking to add a Strategic Partnership Manager to their team based out of their London office. The role offers potential for growth as the business accelerates its expansion in the UK and Europe.

The main focus of the role is to understand and research the market to develop strategies and approaches in order to grow the engagement of the partners and customers and to establish new channels and routes to the market.

The role will combine UK - Remote working with National travel.

As a Strategic Partnership Manager you will be expected to:

  • Be responsible for the overall UK & European strategy to partner with the targeted groups and recognise as well as understand the different stakeholders that could help deliver the overall goals of engaging partners
  • Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align the company’s goals, target and strategy with new and existing partner relationships
  • Manage, organise and run educational and other events, managing multiple stakeholders as well as utilise communication platforms to reach the target audience
  • Research partners, identify key players, generate interests and drive continuously to exceed the customer engagement
  • Create a strategy to integrate the company product into digital educational programs as well as create regional training programs with deanery’s’ with hospitals and medical devices to create overall awareness of the brand
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
  • Keep business-healthy and successful ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership network
     

In addition, you will have:

  • At least 5 years working experience with customers and with at least 3 years in account management within the medical sales or professional education environment
  • Working experience within multiple surgical specialities - general, cardiology, neurology and ophthalmology preferred
  • Deep knowledge of the surgical education market in the EU and with an existing network in the global surgery field
  • Willingness to provide the latest surgical trends and be able to articulate and present these clearly, confidently and organised
  • Bachelors degree in a related discipline, ideally MBA
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, multilingual candidates would have an advantage
  • IT literate with outstanding presentational, communicational and project management skills
