Clinical Specialist - Maternity cover
£35K + Bonus + Package

Our client is a dynamic and innovative medical device company. Due to strong and consistent year-on-year growth, the organisation is accelerating its plans across various departments. We have been tasked to identify and recruit a highly skilled Clinical Specialist Maternity Cover to join the burgeon organisation in the UK.
To be successful as a Territory Sales Manager, you should stay up-to-date with the client's product portfolio and maintain the brand appearance in its highest standards. Ultimately, the duties of a Territory Manager are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the sales goals defined for the region.
Key Responsibilities of the position will include:
• Overall responsibility for the financial output of the region
• Collaboration with Marketing and Sales leadership in the creation and implementation of a region-specific sales strategy
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders
• Natural ability to leverage key stakeholder relationships to gain access to decision makers
• Ability to manage customer requirements effectively, and where appropriate improve and increase the scope of the product offering they are utilising
In order to be considered for this position candidates must closely match the following reference profile:
• Education to degree level within life science or business-related discipline
• Demonstrable track record of sales success within Surgical Medical Devices, ideally sales experience within the Orthopaedics
• Proven ability to influence high-level purchasing decisions and manage relationships effectively
• Willingness and drive to work autonomously
