Our client is a fast-growing manufacturer of market-changing medical devices and pharmaceuticals to address a range of debilitating conditions. European expansion has necessitated the recruitment of a Medical Science Liaison Manager.

This is a hybrid role; a field-based therapeutic position, supporting the needs of the Health Care Professionals across Europe whilst delivering cutting-edge clinical and scientific data to KOLs, professional societies and within the anaesthesia therapeutic space, whilst managing a small team of MSLs and Nurse Advisors across Europe.

The ideal candidate will be UK based and have 5+ years experience as a Medical Science Liaison with experience of team leadership. 

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to….

• Management of a small team of MSLs and Nurse Advisors
• The identification, development, and management of local, national, and international KOLs
• The provision of relevant information to HCPs in 1-1 and group settings
• The support of HCPs unsolicited requests for assistance with grant submissions, publications etc  
• The identification, collection and sharing of insights into competitor and physician practice trends including those from medical conferences for example collaboration internally with compliance, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, sales, marketing,  sales research and development, strategy, and portfolio management
