Our client is a manufacturer of market-leading medical aesthetic device technologies and is the world’s fastest-growing women’s health company. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Sales Representative to join their team in Austria.

This role entails driving business growth in West Austria while delivering exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships, and consistently surpassing customer expectations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maximizing sales and profit through the sale of implants and related products and solutions against the agreed sales plan.
  • Assist in the building and development of our brand locally, in line with their global marketing strategy.
  • Be the point of contact for the customers to provide the best possible service for any kind of issues the surgeon might have.
  • Be a business partner for his customer to help him grow his activity and revenue.
  • Go in the operating room with customers to create a strong relationship, understand their needs and provide helpful advice when using our products.

To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:

  • The Sales Representative must be dynamic, structured and persistent.
  • Has a minimum three years of experience in sales within the healthcare, MedTech or similar industry.
  • Possess the ability to develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with other people both inside or outside the organization.
