Our customer is a fast-growing medical technology company focused on developing and marketing innovative solutions and services for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). With this method, patients who are not allowed to undergo conventional treatment receive a significant reduction in apnea and hypopnea events.

Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Field Therapy Expert - South Germany to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the sleep expert within the team, attending follow-up visits and polysomnography sleep studies to optimise patient therapy and acting as the liaison between physicians and the company regarding both commercial and clinical patients.

• Attend visits to optimise patients’ therapy.

• Interpret results of sleep studies and develop treatment strategies.

• Train patients on the use of the company's system.

• Be the main point of contact between physicians and the company regarding technical matters (e.g. therapy optimization strategies, troubleshooting), for clinical studies and also for commercial patients.

• Liaise with clinical sites to schedule patient visits according to clinical trial protocol.

• Liaise with commercial sites to schedule patient visits as required.

• Proactively follow up patients and work with physicians to encourage patient compliance and ensure the best treatment results.

Key skills:
