Fisher & Paykel Healthcare entered the respiratory care market in 1971 with the development of a unique respiratory humidifier system for use in critical care. They now offer a broad range of products and systems for use in respiratory and acute care and in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
They believe that product development and clinical research is critical to their success. They continue to expand the range of innovative medical devices that assist clinicians to improve patient care and outcomes. New and improved products and processes, along with the development of new medical applications for their technologies, are critical drivers for their annual revenue and earnings growth.
With the healthcare device industry regulated worldwide, the ability to meet stringent standards is vital to ensuring market acceptance of their products. They assist compliance with these standards by operating a quality management system certified to a range of international standards which apply to both manufacturing facilities and medical sales network.
Fisher and Paykel Healthcare manufactures, assembles and tests a complete range of products, including many components, in facilities in New Zealand and Mexico. Their facilities incorporate controlled working environments and manufacturing and design processes that are certified to meet international standards including ISO9001 and the medical device quality standard ISO13485.

Many companies, who profess an ability to help with your recruitment processes, will cite their large, high quality network of industry specific contacts as a reason for their differentiation from competitors.
Ultimately however, for all the size and supposed qualities of respective networks, the only relevant detail for a hiring company is how that network translates into a successful employee joining them.
At Guided Solutions we embrace technology to maintain industry links, we understand however, that a network that delivers unique results has its roots in traditional relationship building and the insights these connections yield.
